- All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after placing your order. (Pre-orders are dispatched within 1 day of release)
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
- Untracked Letters/Mailers: These typically arrive within 4-10 business days.
- Tracked Letters/Parcels: For a bit more peace of mind, these take 3-7 business days to reach you.
- Express Parcels: If you need your items ASAP, our express option will have your parcel to you in 1-5 business days.
International Shipping:
- Patience is a virtue, and with international mail, it’s often necessary. Depending on your location, international deliveries can take anywhere from 30-120 business days to arrive, for both tracked or untracked methods.
Please note that while we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or postal service issues.
Please be advised that when selecting an untracked shipping option for your order, The Database assumes no responsibility for the delivery once it has left our office. While we ensure that every package is prepared with care, the absence of tracking means we cannot verify the package’s journey or its arrival at your destination.
We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping method for the added security and peace of mind it provides, as you'll be given insurance and support should there be delays.
